Our Founder and Managing Partner, Mr. Kiran Poudel, had the privilege of serving as the Distinguished Moderator at the program titled “Arbitration in Nepal: Challenges and Opportunities under the New Ordinance,” organized by Dispute Resolution Center Nepal on 14 February 2025.
The program brought together eminent legal professionals and policymakers to deliberate on the evolving arbitration framework in Nepal. The session was graced by Nahakul Subedi, Honourable Justice of the Supreme Court of Nepal, and Senior Advocate Ramesh Badal, Attorney General of Nepal, reflecting the significance of the discussion at the national level.
The panel featured distinguished experts, including Anil Kumar Sinha, Honorable Former Justice of the Supreme Court of Nepal, along with Senior Advocates Satish Krishna Kharel, Megha Raj Pokharel (now a Honorable Justice of the Supreme Court of Nepal), and Sarad Prasad Koirala.
