A top scorer in the Nepal Bar Council Exam (2017) and FIDIC-certified, he has represented clients in 600+ court cases and 200+ arbitration proceedings, including ICC and UNCITRAL arbitrations. His expertise spans major infrastructure projects – hydropower, expressways, airports, and cross-border transmission lines—often valued in billions. A PhD scholar at Sharda University, India, Kiran is also a Central Executive Member of the Nepal Bar Association.
