Wisdom Law Associates provides full litigation representation before Nepal’s courts at every level: the District Courts, the High Courts, and the Supreme Court of Nepal, as well as before specialised tribunals including the Revenue Tribunal, the Labour Court, Public Procurement Revew Committee (PPRC), Nepal Insurance Authority , the Debt Recovery Tribunal, and regulatory adjudicatory bodies.

Our litigation practice is not a separate department from our advisory practice. The lawyers who advise clients on procurement disputes are the same lawyers who represent them before the Public Procurement Revew Committee (PPRC) when a dispute arises. The lawyers who structure the arbitration claims are the same lawyers who present claim before the Arbitration Tribunal.
